Early Life and Commencement

Siddhant Chaturvedi’s family relocated to Mumbai when he was merely five years old. Raised by a chartered accountant father and a homemaker mother, he enjoyed a stable and supportive upbringing. This musical drama, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, marked a transformative moment in Siddhant’s career.

In “Gully Boy,” Siddhant portrayed MC Sher, a street rapper pivotal to Ranveer Singh’s character’s life. His impactful and charming performance earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor, solidifying his status as one of Bollywood’s most promising talents.

Venturing into Bollywood

Post the triumph of “Gully Boy,” Siddhant Chaturvedi made his foray into mainstream Bollywood cinema. He featured in “Bunty Aur Babli 2” (2021), a sequel to the 2005 crime comedy, alongside Rani Mukerji, Saif Ali Khan, and Sharvari Wagh. Despite the film’s performance, Siddhant’s brilliance continued to shine through.

In 2022, Siddhant starred in Shakun Batra’s “Gehraiyaan,” a romantic drama exploring themes of infidelity. Alongside Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday, he delivered a compelling performance, further showcasing his versatility. Additionally, his role in the comedy horror film “Phone Bhoot” received acclaim for his brash and quick-witted portrayal.
