Growing up in Patna, Delhi, and Pune, Kavita Kané’s early years were rooted in a household immersed in an unwavering love for books. Her father’s vast collection of over 10,000 books attested to the family’s deep appreciation for literature. Married to Prakash Kane, a mariner, they have established a loving home in Pune with their daughters Kimaya and Amiya, accompanied by their four-legged companions Chic, the friendly Cocker Spaniel, and Cotton, the inquisitive white cat.
